In an incredible location just west of Downtown in the Westfield neighborhood surrounded by multi-million dollar homes, this 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect place to start your Austin adventure! It`s outside of downtown enough that you`ll get good sleep, but still close to everything that`s going on.
This one bedroom apartment has an excellent central Austin location! It`s down the street from the famous Lady Bird Lake Trail, which loops around Lady Bird Lake downtown. Many bars and restaurants are easy to walk to and it`s also very close to downtown with great access via ride share, which means you`re super close to everything. It`s recently been completely remodeled. The apartment fits 4 people comfortably with 2 in the queen bed and 2 on the comfy sleeper sofa.
Work from home or keep the family entertained with high speed wifi and a smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!
The apartment has one air conditioning window unit with a wall control that keep the place cool even in the hot Austin summers! It also keeps the apartment warm in the winter or those occasional chilly nights.
This apartment also comes with a parking space very close to the home!

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

Short drives:- BOA Steakhouse on E Sixth Street (formal dining)- Barton Springs Pool at Zilker Park (swimming, Kayaking)- University Co-op on Guadalupe St. (game day shopping)- Saint Mary's Cathedral on E 1Oth St. (Catholic Church)- Texas State Capitol on Congress Ave.Short walks:- Deep Eddy Pool- Deep Eddy Trail- Eilers Park - Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail- Evening neighbor walks- Lake Austin H-E-B (very unique and quite convenient)Pros: Very clean, safe, and quiet neighborhood, pets on leash, bike & walking friendly streets, easy access and close parking to apartment.Cons: only minor issues with apartment that were address to the host.Cons:

This place is exactly as described and has everything that you need for a home away from home.
Only a couple of negatives about the place the bed is not comfortable and the AC is very noisey. Also, it is a down stairs apartment and the people in the upstairs apartment would frequently be awake and walking back n forth after 3am. I'm a heavy sleeper so not really a probelm for me but if you're a light sleeper you will definately be woken by them anytime after midnight.
