## Logement
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

- its tastefully decorated living area (typical Parisian apartment with parquet flooring, fireplaces and arched windows) ;
- its location (close to bars, restaurants and shops/between Montmartre and the famous Flea Market).
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Television, Iron, Washing machine, Wifi. Pets are welcome.
The apartment is close to subway line 4.
You'll find a Lidl supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.

How to get to the Stade de France :
Tramway t3bis + bus 302: 20 mins
Line 4 + RER B: 20 mins
By car : 15 mn
- Subway :
Line 4: Porte de Clignancourt station: 3-minute walk.
Line 12: Jules Joffrin station: 7-minute walk.
- Bus :
Lines 56 and 85: Albert Kahn station: 2-minute walk.
- From Gare du Nord station: 6 minutes by subway.
- From Paris-Orly airport: 49 minutes by public transport.
