The accomodation is tidy and location is near Gare de Nord. The host is very nice and responsive. He kindly accommodate our request to leave our luggage much earlier than the check in time which is 1600 (our flight arrived very early in the morning). The apartment is very spacious. There is a suite downstairs (unfortunately the stairs is really steep hence it is hard for elder or very young kid to use).

Unfortunately, out of our two nights stay, there was a problem with the WiFi on the second day. In general, the apartment may need some refresh as some of the switches doesn’t really work around the house. While the location is convenient, there is a nuance where you need to pick up keys and return keys at another location( the location is 10 mins walk from the apartment), and I think this has completely reduces the convenience of the apartments location ( particularly for people who need to rush for early train after check out). A small point for absolute germaphobe is to make sure to wash every thing before use as utensils are pretty stained.

Dit ruime appartement op een geweldige locatie heeft potentieel om ook een geweldige accommodatie te worden.

Het appartement is verouderd, duidelijk ooit sjiek verbouwd, maar inmiddels zitten er plinten en vloerdelen los, ook beide wc brillen zitten los, het ruikt naar schimmel wat verhuld wordt met een huisparfum, de tweepersoonskamer is in een bedompte kelder en de slaapbank is doorgezakt en aan vervanging toe. De sleutel moet bij Gare de L’Est worden opgehaald en dit zou voor de volledigheid en transparantie in de advertentie moeten staan. Nu hoorden we dit 1 a 2 dagen van tevoren. De communicatie met de host was overigens goed en snel, maar als professioneel verhuurbedrijf met 18 appartementen zou je het grondige onderhoud van de appartementen serieus moeten nemen.
