With its direct access to the beach, just 2 km from the unique natural dune area of Le Havre de Surville, between Portbail and Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, this spacious and welcoming property offers a high level of comfort in an idyllic setting. For the little ones, note that the property is not fenced and is adjacent to a very low traffic road. At the end of the garden near the barbecue area is a small pond, which is always dry in nice weather, but can have a small depth of water when it rains.
