This house was perfect for our stay. The back house came very handy for one the kids family. The house comes with everything you need, including a pack and play, and beach toys. The management company is very response to any needs in the house- the front porch screen was missing, and they came over and fixed it immediately. The only thing that needs a little attention is the growth around the property. It made it hard to get out of the cars in the back driveway. Highly recommend this property.

Overall, very satisfied and would return.Property floors were not a clean as they should have been. Pantry was full of junk. Snack bar out of same product for multiple days & and as closing time approached, staff became less interested in providing good service.

The best parts of Eastern Shore and Shore Side (guest house) are its size and location. Close to the pool and playground and not too far to beach. I wish the places were a bit more updated and cleaner, but that may be the result of the cleaning crew. The house could be better stocked and use some beach towels, at least for those families traveling from far who can’t pack all those things. Despite those things, we had a great time with the whole crew
