About this house rental
Large beach house with guest house perfect for family get always. Hang out at the beach all day, use the pool, play tennis and then gather around the huge dining room table for dinner. After dinner relax with s’mores by the fire pit. Visit the Washington Park Zoo, casinos, breweries and wineries close by.
Enter the lake house through the lower level with an inviting sofa, tv, small ping pong table shuffleboard game. There's also a large king bedroom, two twin beds and a full bathroom on this level. Go up the stairs into the large living room with all glass doors over looking Lake Shore Drive, galley kitchen and large dining table. The table is enormous and can seat 12. It is perfect for dinner or a night of playing board games. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a coffee bar with a beverage fridge and wine cooler. There is also another sitting area with 65 inch tv and a powder room. When you go up the stairs to the bedrooms you can choose from the king with an ensuite and a balcony with views of Lake Michigan or one of the queen bedrooms which also have balconies. There is a full bathroom in the hall and a washer and dryer tucked away in a closet. Climb one more set of stairs and there is a loft area with 5 twin beds for the kids.
The property is located in a resort community. There are fines if rules are broken and the fees will be passed on to the renter.
Quiet time begins at 10pm
Never leave the firepit unattended when there is a fire goings
Replace metal cover before leaving fire pit unattended
No smoking or vaping indoors
No pets
No parties
No bachelor/ bachelorettes or prom parties allowed
No fireworks
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire time.
**Weekly rentals during peak season from Saturday to Saturday**

Colleen was so responsive and kind! The house was perfect for our 3 generations family vacation. So many “extras” for the pool, beach and lake at Beachwalk! The house was stocked with necessities and plenty of activities to keep you busy! If I could give 6 stars I would! Thanks, Colleen!

Family Tides was perfectly located for our family get away. Views of Lake Michigan and a short walk to either the beach or all the amenities of Beach Walk, our children and grand children had an amazing Fathers Day weekend. What better way to celebrate than TIME SPENT and Family Tides made it all happpen.

Property was great. We liked having two houses so we could accomodate all 12 of us easily and happily. Everything was very well stocked, inside the house and outside too. Things for the beach, outside games, fire pit area. And communication with the host was so easy. We would just text her and received a response immediately. Would love to be able to go again.

My family and I loved our stay at the Family Tides! There were eleven of us, and we didn’t even use one bedroom. Our four little girls loved the loft. I’ve been renting properties like this for over 30 years, and I’ve never seen one so well equipped. Great selection of kitchen tools, toys, and games. We especially loved the coffee bar. Colleen was an excellent host, very responsive to issues as they turned up.
