Inside the Home
Before stepping inside, rinse off the sand with the convenient outdoor shower. Enter into a sunlit, well-equipped kitchen that seamlessly flows into the spacious dining area, where a large oak table invites families and friends to gather for memorable meals. Just steps away, the inviting living room offers ample seating—perfect for relaxing, catching up, watching TV, or enjoying a game night. A powder room is conveniently located off the kitchen.
On the first-floor screened porch, share meals, laughter, and late-night conversations. For a more peaceful retreat, the second-floor porch offers an oversized hammock where you can unwind while enjoying Lake Michigan’s refreshing breezes. This porch connects to the master bedroom, a luxurious space featuring a king bed, cozy sitting area with a fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom.
The lower level offers a separate living area, a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a laundry room, and entertainment options like a foosball table and game table. Upstairs, the third-floor deck provides breathtaking sunset views from the highest point of the house.
The loft is a haven for kids, friends, or large families, comfortably sleeping 10 guests in one expansive space.
