Traditional Cycladic styled villa in Aliki village. It is located 500 meters from Aliki’s downtown with its restaurants and cafes and the main beach. It is in a countryside quiet area, 12 kilometers from Parikia (capital - main Port) and 2 kilometers from Paros airport (absolutely no noise, planes do not pass over the house). It is also 50 meters from a bus-stop with frequent connections to airport and the capital , 2 kilometres from popular Faragas beach and 3 kilometers from Punda kite-surfing beach.

The villa is on ground floor, 120 sq. meters, ready to offer you a pleasant and peaceful stay. In the spacious verandas / balconies you can enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside and sea.
The house is independent and consists of 3 bedrooms (the one with 1 double bed and each of the other with 1 double bed and one single). There is a fireplace ( not functioning) decorating the living room. Villa is equipped with traditional furniture, TV set, Netflix, DVD player, safe Box, PlayStation with a variety of games, laptop, WiFi Internet connection , air-conditioning, a built-in fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, clothes washing machine and a dining room. Beach towels, , bath amenities are also provided. It has a spacious parking area.

Magie’s house is beautiful with a gorgeous pool. Looks exactly like the photos. If you choose to stay here you won’t be disappointed. We had a coupe of issues and Magie was easy to get hold of and sorted them out straightaway. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was fun and refreshing, the home gave plenty of space for the six of us. Outdoor sitting areas and dining table were very pleasant and offered shade in the midday heat.Walk to town was about 10 mins which was further than anticipated; however, manageable to walk with groceries etc.Recommend renting bikes to access Faragas, aliki. Inexpensive and shop owner was very helpful.
