Villa Giorgianna - near Aliki beach with pool

My wife, two grown children and I stayed here in September. The property was very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. Living room has ample seating with a nice Flat screen TV, with an international app making easy to find US channels for entertainment. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is large and set up well if you did want to prepare your meals there. Outdoor spaces are comfortable and have stunning views of the Aegean Sea. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool after a day of exploring island. The little village of Aliki is small and quiet, but has plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and a great beach. All within a five minute walk.

We could walk to the sea and Aliki town with ease. Great location to explore Paris from or just enjoy the villa and Aliki.

Extremely nice host, easy communication and quick support when needed. House is beautiful and the Pool and terrasse are amazing. The location is right in front of the street and a bit too far to walk to the center and the Beach (with kids)

I have to first mention Margarita who was responsive and when above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our two week stay. The house was well appointed and comfortable with fantastic wifi and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The house was a perfect size for us, allowing us to wait out a few days of rainy weather and leverage the good weather in the lovely outdoor spaces. There is real care given to the design and care of the house and it makes it feel like a home and not a rental. IT's very close to the sweet town of Aliki and yet you can hike for hours, swim at the beach, shop etc all without getting in a car. The house was quiet and we sat outside in the evening just staring at the view. It was a stellar visit and we really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner with our questions!

Magie has created a soothing atmosphere for a holiday. The house has multiple areas for privacy fir a large group although in our case there only two. Several beaches are walkable as are many restaurants and breakfast spots. Sophie runs a lovely bakery for pastry and lunch pies.

We had great hopes for Giorgianna Villa from the listing, which was so compelling, that we returned to Paros specifically to stay here after not having returned since 2012. Upon arrival, the owner's lovely Katerina met us promptly and with open arms, and spent a half hour advising us about everything we needed to know. The villa was gorgeous, it far exceeded every expectation for amenities, size, location, comfort, thoughtful touches, ongoing communication with Margarita, the owner. Margarita was so helpful for anything we asked or needed, responding practically immediately every time we asked a question or needed something. The location of the villa was absolutely perfect, located within a quiet area overlooking the sea and only a 7-minute lovely walk into the delightful small village of Alyki, its beaches and many wonderful tavernas and friendly Proton Market. I had broken a wheel off my suitcase departing NAXOS en route to the ferry, so Margarita's father was so kind, he left tools for me to repair it. On another day, this sweet lady was outside the villa watering flowers and then left us tomatoes and a melon! Very sweet ... it was the owner's, Margarita's sweet mother! What host endows his or her guests with such kindness? Although we did not cook, we certainly could have, because everything needed to cook an entire meal was present. Also, plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable front porch to overlook the ocean and get fresh air, work or have an evening wine or cocktail while greeting passersby and neighbors. We have stayed in many villas throughout the Cyclades and Crete, but rarely have we felt as welcome as we did at Giorgianna Villa. The owner, Margarita, could not possibly have made us feel more welcome and anything we needed was attended to immediately. The TV offered Netflix and, as we have an account, we were able to continue watching our favorite series from 6,000 miles away from home! Amazing. There were two other bedrooms, all white and welcoming, beds made with spotless white sheets and offering a washer, blankets, luggage stand, everything any traveler could possibly need. We are planning to return, if possible and we are able to come to Greece next year, to Giorgianna Villa. This villa is exceptional in every way, from style, amenities, cleanliness, communications with owner, location, comfort and security for visitors to Paros.

Property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful- spacious- clean! Wonderful convenient location in Aliki- walking distance to town yet away from all the hustle and bustle of Parikia and Naoussa which are a quick drive if you want to go. We were welcomed warmly by the owners Dad who was so kind to share his gardens bounty od cucumbers and melons with us! We thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed them ! Would definitely return to this area and property.

Fantastic villa, beautifully furnished with all mod cons. Even Netflix! Perfect place for a quiet peaceful holiday. Kind helpful host Margarita and very welcoming Grace when we arrived. We had a wonderful few days. Aliki has super restaurants and two excellent supermarkets if you want to ‘do it yourself’. The villa has a good oven, and hot plates and a microwave and a huge fridge freezer. What more could you want? Spacious and fantastic in every way!

We were 4 friends traveling together. We spent 4 weeks at this beautiful property and wished we could have stayed longer! The house is lovely and equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, and the location is perfect. We had a short walk into Alyiki town every day for dinner or grocery shopping, and we were able to walk to 3 wonderful beaches. When we wanted to venture further from home, the bus stop was just past the house. The owner was very helpful and communicative, and her father shared tomatoes and melons from his garden as well as homemade wine! We enjoyed our stay immensely, and are hopeful that we will be able to visit again next year.

I had an amazing time, the property is located in a very nice neighborhood and I would love to revisit. The property manager was very helpful. Every bedroom has beautiful views and it’s own separate access to the terrace. It was truly paradise.

This was the ideal vacation home. The house is beautiful and near the charming town of Alyki. It was also a perfect base for exploring Paros. The owners thought of every detail for our stay, from beach towels to slippers. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nicely decorated. We have stayed in many vacation rentals with our family of 4, and this was one of the best. We highly recommend it!

This is a lovely Villa, everything you need is provided, the interior layout is well planned and very comfortable and has lovely gardens and outside spaces to relax in, and although a road runs past the Villa, it is still very quiet. Grace who met us on arrival is a lovely lady and explained everything in a very understandable way. It is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Aliki where there are some fantastic eating places and a really great bakery, well worth trying. Everyone in the resort was friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Villa and the area.

Margarita is a fantastic host she welcomed us and helped with everything from the time we arrived to the time we left. Home is absolutely stunning & clean and convenient to restaurants and many bars a short distance away. I would not hesitate to recommend Margarita and her wonderful property to anyone looking to stay on Paros enjoy. Thanks

My family and I stayed at Aliki Villa for 4 nights. We have 4 kids ranging in age from 9-15 and there was plenty of space for all (plus a Wii to entertain my boys.) The outside table and deck chairs extend the space of the house. The house has modern comforts, but also maintains traditional Greek charm in its architecture and furnishings. We chose to come at a time of year that wasn't busy and was a little chilly, yet still beautiful. We loved playing along the beach, wandering the streets of Aliki and hopping on the bus to Parikia. We recommend this home whole-heartedly!

Very spacious and well appointed 3 bedroom home which was perfect for 3 couples. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen had all the mod cons. Lovely covered front patio/porch with lots of seating from deck chairs to loungers to a built in bench. Great gathering spot. It's an easy stroll into the charming village of Aliki which had numerous tavernas and a couple of minimarts. Villa Aliki was wonderful choice for our visit to Paros.

This was our first visit to Paros. Aliki beach is very laid back and quiet area of Paros. Folks are friendly! Restaurants and small grocery store are right around the corner. We rented a car and that made it so easy to explore the island. The house was so beautiful, authentic with a modern touch. Magie was very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. I'm so happy that she opened her home to us. We will always have fond memories of Aliki Beach. Do yourself a favor & stay here!

Très jolie maison, parfaite avec des enfants. La literie est excellente. Elle est également très bien située, proche du village à pieds, et proche de jolies plages.

séjour en famille très agréable dans une jolie maison. Alyki est un village de pêcheur très vivant et familial. Petits restau très sympas et magnifiques plages aux alentours avec une eau cristalline.

Très belle décoration (mieux même que les photos) avec tous les conforts comme à la maison. Bon wifi, lits confortables, rangements, terrasses agréables, cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande fortement la maison de margarita! Le village d’aliki est très agréable, belle plage et très bons restaurants sur le port

Das Haus war perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit 3 Paaren. Viel Platz für jeden, schöne große Küche und Dank der Klimaanlage sehr angenehm bei hohen Temperaturen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sogar mit Blick zum Meer. Die Strände sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und ihm Ort gibt es alles was man braucht. Wer Aktion braucht fährt in 30 Min. nach Naoussa und wer Ruhe bevorzugt bleibt in Aliki. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Maison superbe et très fonctionnelle. Proche du centre d'aliki et des plages. Idéale pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable!!!

Haus und Fischerdorf Aliki sind sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern.

Très belle maison récente avec grande terrasse couverte vue mer, 3 chambres très confortables, 2 sdb, cuisine bien équipée. Proche commodités mais véhicule très recommandé. Accueil agréable comme d'habitude en Grèce.

We arrived in the house and everything looked perfect. Spacious, looked exactly like the pictures, everything you needed was available, nice few, walking distance to the Aliki beach only 5 minutes. A charming house decorated with taste. A nice welcome also.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La terrasse est même encore plus grande que sur les photos. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La maison est à peine a 10 minutes du centre, des commerces et de la plage. C'était parfait, au calme et climatisé ! Un peu de matériel de plage (parasol, raquettes, ballon,...) à disposition serait le bienvenu !

Nous avons passé 9 jours formidables dans cette maison, tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos et tres bien équipée (climatisation dans toutes les pièces, linge de maison, produits de premieres necessité à disposition...). la wifi est bonne. Grace nous a montré la maison et notre arrivée s''est tres bien déroulée, en constant contact avec Maggie. le village d'Alyki est sympa et familial. la plage est à 7 mn à pied de la maison. au port se trouve une petite superette et plusieurs tavernes. il y a aussi une pharmacie dans le village sur le chemin de la maison. un peu plus à l'entrée d'Alyki une autre superette et une grande boulangerie. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation. Merci Margarita
