Villa Joy is a welcoming 100 sq. m., house built in the traditional Cycladic style. Located in the aiguille of a beautiful hill with amazing 360 view in the sea & and the country side of the island. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and 1 WC, a living-room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate and independent guest room (15 sq.m) with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has large veranda with pergola and a marble table of 6 persons. On the veranda there is also a private swimming pool 4 x 9 m with an astonish view to the Aegean Sea. Moreover it offers 2.500-sq. m. traditional Mediterranean garden within an olive grove and an amazing rock-cactus garden on the front of the veranda. The house consists of 4 fully air-conditions, one for every room.
The living room is located on the ground floor and it is furnished with a corner sofa for 6 persons, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic stove, dishwasher, automatic espresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils etc. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection and LED TV.
The master bedroom is a double room with a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a traditional chiffonier and an armoire and has direct access to the veranda and the swimming pool.
The second bedroom has two 90 x 180 cm-wide single beds (can be joined to a double if you like), an armoire, a bedside table and direct access on the swimming pool.
The guest room has a double bed, armoire, a bathroom and a private entrance to the olive grove (it is next to the main house).
The 2 extra guests will sleep in sofa bed in the living room.
