Our host met us at the airport and had us follow her to the villa. She checked in on us several times during the week to see if we needed anything. There was a sweet house keeper that came in midweek and tidied up the lower level. The property was brand new and very nicely set up. We enjoyed the amenities tremendously.

Because this was a new property there were details that needed ironing out. Mainly electrical issues. There were several times we found ourselves without electricity. I expected a price adjustment for our inconvenience. We were also given one set of keys for two apartments. This caused us issues several times as we were an extended family traveling together.
