Pool Side Paradise in Southwest Cape Coral NO CHARGE HEATED POOL fenced yard

Very nice home and clean. Great location and neighborhood walking your dog. Pet friendly parks and resturants near by. Heated pool and hot tub were wunderful. Outdoor tv has great sound if you like music in pool area. Beds very comfortable. Walk in closets and large pantry in kitchen nice for longer stays. Text question about property and was answered quickly. Would definetly stay again.

Very nice place

Host was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet but easy access to main roads to get anywhere. The pool, hot tub, and air hockey table were a huge hit with the kids. The place had all the amenities of home.

While the house had some positives, it didn't quite meet our expectations based on the listing and other reviews.Let’s start with the biggest disappointment: the pool. One of the main reasons we booked this place was for the private pool, but it was barely heated at all, despite the listing stating otherwise. The hot tub/spa is supposed to heat the pool, but it was very slow, and even after figuring out how to use it by day 3, the pool remained freezing cold. Our child was shivering with chattering teeth after just a few minutes in the water, despite sunny 80F weather outside. There were no instructions provided on how to heat the pool, and even after some effort, it was still unusable for the majority of our stay.In terms of cleanliness, the house left much to be desired. We found mold around some of the windows, a moldy shower curtain, and peeling paint throughout the house. The master bathroom and closet are in desperate need of updates;vents are dirty. The kitchen, however, was clean and well-equipped, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer was great for a family but they were incredibly loud, making it difficult to do laundry and watch TV at the same time since door was broken.Outside, there were missing and cracked tiles around the pool and patio, as well as a leaking lanai. There were broken, dirty windows too when i wanted to enjoy the fresh air but was unable. The Rokus on each TV were a nice touch, as was the air hockey table.
