Escape to this bright, welcoming vacation home with new salt water pool and pool deck in Sept 2025! Heat available (additional fee) , cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind on the lanai. Outside, soak up the Florida sunshine, take a refreshing dip, or fire up the grill. Just minutes from beaches, dining, and outdoor adventures, this home is perfect for a relaxing retreat. Master bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and roman tub. The tub does not have jets. There is a sliding glass door from the master to the lanai and pool area.
Guest room offers a queen size bed. There is another sliding glass door from this room to the lanai and pool area.
The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom and twin on top.
Guest bathroom offers a standard tub/shower combination.
The kitchen is stocked with most items you will need. There is a dining room table that accommodates 6. The laundry room, with a large pantry, is off the kitchen, through to the garage.
Our living room has a large smart tv, where you can stream all your favorites.
In the pool/lanai area you will find 4 lounge chairs, a small table that doubles as a cooler for your pool side beverages, a small table and chairs, and standard gas bbq grill. Recently added in 2026 a dining table with 6 chairs
The yard is completely fenced in, even at the back of the property at the seawall/waters edge.
All areas of the home are accessible to guests except one closet in the master bedroom. We use this for owners and home supplies.
This home is professionally managed by Trifecta Home Solutions, with Catina Sheets serving as your primary guest contact.
Prior to arrival, each guest will be provided with a private access code for convenient, secure self check-in.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
We offer pool heat, October 1st-April 30th, for an additional fee of $25 a day or $100 per week. If guests are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know as soon as possible due to prior heating time. Please keep the air conditioning thermostat between 72 and 78° at all time please to conserve energy . If you move any furniture during your stay please move it back to original location or there could be an additional fee.
There is a park with a brand new playground a block (walking distance) from the house.
The property is strictly non-smoking. Including exterior areas.
Property Maintenance Notice
To ensure the home and outdoor spaces remain in top condition for your stay, routine maintenance services are performed on a regular basis. This includes pool service, landscaping, and outdoor pest control.
Pool maintenance, lawn care and exterior pest control services occur periodically, though specific days may vary.
Please note that service providers may access the exterior areas of the property during your stay without prior notice. These visits are brief and are part of maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests
Absolutely NO parties! You will be removed immediately!
Please be advised~We cannot guarantee pool temperatures. Even with the purchase of pool heat, it is possible for evening temperatures and weather to affect the pool and its temperature.
