I spent two weeks working remotely and also golfing with friends. The neighborhood quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. The house has everything you would need for a perfect stay. It was close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Never heard from roperty manager at all. But, house was ready on time and in clean condition. Hot tub was running and water clear.

Spacious home with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay! Comfortable accommodations. Hot tub was a bonus! Lovely lanai and gardens perfect for relaxing with morning coffee and evening cocktails. Host was very responsive and attentive to our questions. Loved morning walks in the quiet neighborhood. Would stay again when in the area.

We had a very nice stay. The house itself was true to the pictures and description. Upon arrival it was clean (we did have to mop the floor). What would have made our stay even better is if there were instructions for the hot tub, when to put out garbage and just basic info regarding the house and the immediate local area (what's close by, beaches, etc.)
Lastly, the tv in the bedroom was not working for the 4 days of our 6 day stay and there was something wrong with the sink/dishwasher because it kept backing up in the sink and food debris would be all over. Dealing with the owners was very simple and easy to do and they were very apologetic and accommodating to the small issues (perhaps no one told them before of the problems with the sink).
Would have no problem recommending or going back to this home.
