About this house rental

Enjoy "Carden Cabin", a secluded log cabin home sitting atop a hill overlooking a valley with beautiful vistas and wild life abound. Luxurious and comfortable, this 2 level home has 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 privately and a loft that can sleep 2 more. There is a spacious living and dining room and an open kitchen area with updated appliances. Relax on the covered back porch and watch the sunset on wooden rocking chairs. 1st Floor is wheelchair accessible.

The cabin is certified bed bug free. We get inspected every month.

Enjoy a quiet and peaceful getaway or go out and explore the nearby cities of Pigeon Forge (20 Miles), Gatlinburg (27 Miles), and Knoxville (18 Miles). The Sevierville Convention Center is 10 Miles away.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was more than big enough for the five adults that were there. I see reviews of people commenting about the driveway. I did not think it was terrible being a truck owner and having ridden it on my motorcycle I really didn’t see any issues with that either, The views were amazing. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck at night and watching the sunsets and it was close enough to everything and just far enough away. I found my bedroom above. The garage was probably more comfortable than my bed at home, being from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and opening the garage and seeing the Pittsburgh Steelers signs was a nice touch of home for us as well.I would absolutely come back to this property and stay again.

Great property, everything advertised and more. Clean and well stocked. Be for the "driveway" though, the house is on top of a mountain so it's a cut road that goes up and around. It's pretty steep and narrow.

Cabin was as shown on website. It was a beautiful cabin with an awesome view of the sunset. Clean with all amenities. Would definitely consider staying there again. Only thing was the bed in master bedroom was a little soft for us. Otherwise it was perfect and hosts, Jamie and Ryan were always helpful and responsive.

Our group of six 54 and over teachers traveled to Carden’s Cabin for a weekend away to celebrate the retirement of two of our friends. The GPS directions caused some issues but Ryan was a phone call away to help us get to where we needed to be. We have enjoyed many rental properties together. This one is by far the best we have had the pleasure of experiencing. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. It was spotless, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. We were amazed by the details and by the provision of all essential items to make our weekend comfortable. The view is SPECTACULAR! Upon discovering a minor issue, Ryan sent their very courteous handyman over to take care of the issue. This was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beauty of the mountains, and celebrate our friends. We will definitely return for future getaways!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful multi-bed cabin near the Smoky Mountains. It was clean, quiet, secluded and had absolutely breathtaking views at the top of the mountain. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape.

We come to Ponies in the Smokies every year in March. This is our second stay at Carden Cabin & both stays have been excellent. It’s a beautiful cabin in a peaceful setting. There’s a pack & play & a baby gate in the master bedroom/bathroom closet, plenty of dishes in the kitchen if you want to cook. Local Eatery is just up the road & has good food if you want something close by. We would stay again & definitely recommend Carden Cabin for a great vacation rental.

Carden Cabin was just lovely with beautiful views. It was just what we wanted and our family hopes to come again. Some heavy rains came through which had washed out the gravel on the way up but our SUV was able to handle it.

The cabin was exactly what we had hoped. Quiet and remote with a spectacular view off the back porch. The cabin was well maintained and pretty much everything we needed for a relaxing week. Ryan and Jamie were responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was very nice with beautiful view. Clean upon our arrival. Contact with host was very efficient. Be prepared for the gravel road but was maintained but may need some attention. We were pleasantly surprised of how roomy this cabin was. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The host sent very specific, easy to follow directions and was quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this cabin!

The cabin is beautifully decorated! We loved everything about it. On the day of our arrival, the cleaning staff had a medical emergency. Ryan contacted us early & kept us updated about the cleaning & check-in time. We were able to check-in by 4:30. This wasn’t a problem for us. We understand that things happen beyond our control. We enjoyed our stay at Carden Cabin!
