This farm house is beautiful and very roomy. Kitchen is amazing! They have various appliances that we appreciated very much. Yard was big enough for the kids to hang out in during the evenings, even had corn hole boards. Upstairs has its own thermostat and air conditioning. No tv's in any of the bedrooms so if you have tablets or something I would recommend bringing them. Doug got back ahold of us very quickly, and the maintenance man helped us with an issue as well. I would come back to this house again!

The owner and property manager were fantastic. The AC unit was not working for the upstairs so they provided a window unit prior to the rest of my family arriving ensuring that they had a comfortable stay that night and had the AC unit repaired by the following morning. At one point, our little dog got out and the property manager was kind enough to hunt him down for us and make sure that he was safe. Could not have asked for anything better. We requested to extend our stay and it was granted and they just did everything that we needed. My only concern was the listing is for disabled. There wasn’t a ramp from the deck to the front door, which made the transition slightly difficult, but not undoable. Also, there were no safety bars in the bathroom. Other than that, we could not have asked for a better stay. The house is over 100 years old and has its quirks, but that just adds to the charm. The owner has remodeled the downstairs completely so that entrance and exit to all of the rooms on the first floor were easily accessible by my husband, who is wheelchair bound. The comfort of the sleeping situation and living kitchen was perfect. Everything was outstanding.

Our family (my husband & three daughters (12-18 years old) stayed while visiting Great Smoky Mountains NP. Very spacious - girls loved having their own bedrooms (note: two of the beds upstairs are in rooms without doors… that didn’t bother us at all). The stairs are a little steeper and narrow compared to most, and again, not a problem for our family. We loved having the 2 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen and living space was also spacious and comfortable for a family of five. Table comfortably seats 5 and the island has 4 barstools. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer worked great. Large pantry. The porch space was also nice - enjoyed the bench swing in the mornings. The manager was very responsive after we found mouse droppings on the kitchen and pantry counters. He got us mouse traps and after catching one mouse that night, we didn’t see any new droppings. Later in our stay, we heard some sort of scratching noise at night coming from under the stairs, and we suspected a rat. Again, manager was responsive and set up a live trap. Ultimately we suspect it died either under stairs or in the crawl space under the house (based off odor we noticed during the last day of our stay). Location: about 45-60 minutes to drive into the national park itself (some of that owing to traffic in Pigeon Forge). Nearest EV charger is in Sevierville, about a 20 minute drive away. Parking on property includes covered carport.

Earlier this month my wife and 7 kids and I stayed six nights at this place for our summer vacation. Nice place with room for everybody, and Skip even found us a DVD player so we could watch a movie. We went out to Gatlinburg and the Smokies, and there's a nice little church around the corner that we went to on Sunday. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Perfect place that is close enough to Knoxville, Sevierville, Smoky Mountain National Park and everywhere else we traveled during our trip. Loved the old time feel of the place. Would definitely book again

This spot was the perfect distance to travel into Knoxville for UT’s graduation. It had the perfect yard for playing yard games and hosting family that traveled from Johnson City and northern Georgia.

I would definitely indicate in listing the steep steps to upstairs. Also include the black fence around property to make it easier to find in the dark and enter through the gate. We enjoyed the space and country feel.

We loved the farmhouse!! Beautifully remodeled. You can't see pictures of the kitchen but it is beautiful...large open concept, large island and room for cooking. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our dogs. We were especially attracted to the 6 foot wooden fence as our dogs are runners and this kept them secured with room to play. Perfect location to be away from busy tourist attractions yet quick drive to anything you need. Loved all the surrounding farms with cows, goats, etc. Highly recommend!! Also recommend checking out The Bridge Coffee House & Cafe just a few minutes drive.

Really loved the farmhouse vibe. Reminded me of my youth on the dairy farm. Fenced yard for my puppers. Centrally located between all the stores and sites but far enough for the silence and privacy.

I travel a lot and am a property manager myself. I have stayed in plenty of vacation homes and hotels. I have to say this is the first time I have felt at home away from home. Incredibly clean, spacious and well managed. They thought of everything, even the things I forgot to pack. A lot of thought and attention to detail have been put into this home and it shows.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this farmhouse. The bedrooms were extremely nice. If you stay in the master bedroom, make sure to wear shoes in the bathroom. The tile is VERY cold in the winter, but it definitely added to the charm of the decor. There is also an outside door in the master bedroom where you can let your fur babies outside with ease. We loved the fenced in yard. Skip was an awesome property manager. We wanted to grill steaks for Christmas Eve, and he brought the grill to us within minutes. We loved it so much that we want to go back next year 😊

Wonderful house! The pictures of the inside are accurate! Well equipped kitchen as well as bathrooms! Could use some tv’s in the bedrooms but we did fine without! The house is surrounded by a 6 foot fence that is not seen in the pics but is helpful when you have pets! We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this sweet little farmhouse. It is out of the way but worth it. There was one primary bedroom with bath downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs- one with a bath. There was also a half bath downstairs. The stairs going up to the bedrooms are narrow and a little steep- just part of being a farmhouse. It has been updated with modern appliances and fixtures. There is also a fenced-in yard with a privacy fence. Lots of parking and even a covered parking space. Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again

Had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. Very comfortable and has everything you need. It’s also away from all the hustle and bussel of Seiverville/pigeon Forge, but close enough to enjoy attractions when desired. I had family come in from 3 locations to enjoy thanksgiving together. I would recommend this property.

We needed a place to stay for a month while having repairs done on our RV. This house was exactly what we needed! Renovated nicely with a fenced in yard for the dog to romp in and a big field next door where we could load and unload our RV. Skip, the property manager was great! Very attentive and always friendly. Helps that he lives right behind the property! Would definitely stay again!

Cute farmhouse!
The house is very inviting. There was everything you needed for a great stay. The home is an older home that has been renovated beautifully. You can feel the unevenness of the floor but that was perfect for me! It's an old home how could you not! I love it! Skip is awesome! Very friendly! We were close to all the fun stuff. Thank you for such a great experience!

Could of been better.
Could of been better.
Pros:
Quite area, washer dryer and dishwasher. The 3 bathroom helped alot for a family of 5. Very spacious. Beds are decent, not hard as a rock. Wasn't to bad of drive for things to do around the area (About 30mins).
Cons:
Could of been cleaner. Had ants really bad. Didn't know to bring toilet paper. They don't supply! Floors are very uneven, so if you have walking problems wouldn't be a place for you. Washer kept falling apart last couple days we were there. Dryer also had hearing issues.
