There is a coffee shop and donut shop within a 2 minute drive! AMAZING coffee looand donuts!!
Haven House is spacious yet cozy. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and downstairs has a large open area with 3 full size beds with a full bathroom, kitchenette, game room and office. Plenty of room to spread out.
While spacious, it also has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with a large driveway and 2 car garage. Donuts and coffee shop are nearby!
There are 2 kitchens and 2 dens. This house is perfect for large families and groups. Everyone likes their own space when you travel. This house has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy each other's company and go off to their own separate corners for alone time.
We are doggie friendly. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog at time of booking. Bring your fur baby and enjoy!
Conveniently located!!!! The location is amazing! This property is 20 minutes from Knoxville, Sevierville, and Maryville. Access to the interstate is 25 minutes away. The activity of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 35-40 minutes away. Townsend is the relaxing side of the Smokies and it is 25 minutes away. You can enjoy all the touristy spots while avoiding the traffic.
For traveling health care professionals, there are numerous hospitals within a short distance. The following hospitals are under a 35 minute commute: Leconte Medical Center, Fort Sanders Regional, University of Tennessee Regional, Blount Memorial Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Fort Loudoun Medical Center, etc etc
There is a deck overlooking the backyard with tables, and seating for relaxing and entertaining. This house sits on .5 acres. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the back yard and a grill. Cooking must be done below the deck per the fire safety code.
The large and inviting living room has a super comfy sofa and a smart TV with a subscription to Hulu.
The kitchen is open into the living room with a bar for food prep. There is a new Keurig, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with the items you need to cook a meal. The living room and kitchen are perfect for gathering together to visit one another.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large TV. The second bathroom is across from the master bedroom.
There are three full bathrooms in the house with nice shower heads. The washer and dryer are brand new units.

The property was a great place to stay. It was a little dated in some rooms but overall was an awesome place. Location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The city is awesome. We all loved the views.

Great place to stay. Close enough to everything but yet far enough away to not be in all of the crazy in down town. Very clean, super nice to have towels and bed sheets. I will stay there again hands down! If you need a place to stay I suggest you stay here. Oh and did I mention the price! Stay here!!!!!!!

It was a nice stay and we appreciated the host provided body wash, soap and shampoo for the bathrooms. Plus, she provided laundry detergent for the washer.

I'm baffled how this place got such great ratings. I knew the place was outdated from the pictures (the original stove from 1972 is still there!), but the properly is in need of lot of TLC. Some basic maintenance would do wonders for the property. The location is terrible - on a very busy road with no sidewalks. It's not a great location for kids, dogs or outdoor exercise (and no fenced yard). I loved that it was roomy and two of us could easily work from home without interfering with the other person. The place had great water pressure for showers (and hot), super comfy bed, and two garages available for use. It was fairly well equipped with dishes, pans, and utensils. Don't expect any typical VRBO-stuff like tupperware, foil, spices, etc. We brought our own so no issue for us but good for others to know. Communication from the host was odd. It seemed to be a lot of canned messages as we'd get the same one over and over again. Definitely not the person touch. While the place was low cost, we wouldn't stay again as it needed too much TLC (we were ok that it was outdated).
