About this house rental

This 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home is located in a quite and safe neighborhood just minutes from the UT campus. Fully remodeled in 2015 this split level home features an open floor plan living/kitchen area with french doors opening to a large back patio. The house has a master suite with en suite facilities on the third floor along with two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located in the basement with two twin beds and a 1/2 bath. Cable and wifi provided. Open to corporate or longer term rentals. Sleeps 8 people comfortably.

The property was clean. The kitchen had basic necessities. Everything in the home worked properly. I would advise bringing your own wash cloths as there weren’t many for use, but they did have towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it suited our needs.

My 2 daughters, 2 teenage grandchildren, and I stayed here so that my granddaughter could attend UT's summer orientation. It was nice that each of us 3 adults had our own bedroom, and the teens enjoyed their privacy downstairs. The beds had wonderful mattresses. We appreciated the generous supply of paper towels, TP, and trashbags. The backyard was like a forest. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the fireflies. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Overall, the house was very comfortable! We'd stay there again!
