About this house rental
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just a short drive to downtown Knoxville. It is a 4 bedroom house that has 2.5 bathrooms. The open layout allows you to spend time with your family watching TV or cooking in the kitchen. If you are coming to visit your children or family at University of Tennessee, it is just a short drive to campus. It is located right of I-40 for easy access after a long travel day.
**PARKING**
Just a heads-up — the driveway is a bit steep and curvy, so it may not be ideal for trucks with trailers. Regular vehicles should have no trouble at all.
**Quiet Hours**
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.
**STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY**
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
**No Smoking**
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $100 will be imposed, no exceptions.
**Pets**
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.

My family stopped In for the night on our way home to Ohio from Florida. The location was perfect, just being 10 min from the highway. The house is so charming! The house could use a spring cleaning and the patio furniture needs a good scrubbing but I would defiantly stay at the home again

Before reserving this property I reached out to the owner because I was concerned with the many reviews that talked about lack of cleanliness and that the house needs a deep clean. The owner assured me that all of the issues in the reviews had been addressed, sadly this was a lie,the house is still in need of a very deep clean. when we arrived the house smelled very musty. The first thing we did was go and buy cleaning supplies. large amount of dead bugs all over the window sills, cobwebs, stuff splattered on the walls and kitchen cabinets. One of the bathroom tubs is in really rough shape, it looks disgusting, wouldn't drain, and the shower head was awful, the toilet paper holder was broken. The washing machine was disgusting with black mold. There was a load of towels in the dryer that was still warm, so someone had been there the day we arrived, but they only seem to do the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning.The kitchen faucet is awful.The refrigerator barely kept things cold. One of the things I was excited about with this house was the deck space, I was looking forward to us spending a lot of time out there and having a cook out or two.The decks were a FILTHY MESS, broken deck furniture, grill was disgusting, some of the outside furniture had mold/mildew. It's really sad because with some love this house has so much potential. I contacted the owner and offered to send pics/videos via email but her email address didn't come through and she stopped responding to me.
