About this apartment rental
Quiet studio apartment recently renovated, ideal for remote working, one minute walking distance from Piazza Maggiore in Bologna.
Located on the second floor reachable by lift, this studio apartment opens to one and only cosy environment, modernly furnished in soft shades.
It comes with an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, fitted also with a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and a coffee machine. A wardrobe allows to partially separate the sleeping area that comes with a queen size bed, a TV and a desk.
A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.
*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Only problem we had with this apartment was finding it when we got there. You cannot find a correct direction using any navigation on your phone.

Our stay was wonderful. Loved the personal greeting on arrival. Website/communication/ check in was a bit of a problem, although it was booked on an English language platform, all communication came from another platform in Italian.

Lovely 1 BR apartment in a perfect location. Set back from the street a bit, slightly discrete entrance but felt safe and comfortable. Nice building, very nice amenities.

Clean modern studio. The bed was comfortable and the location was walking distance to many places of interest.
