This property is located in a quiet residential community and just a short 5-10 minute walk to the ocean and Center Street. Recently remodeled and furnished with fresh, modern decor, this home gives an upscale beachy vibe throughout .
Perfect for several couples or two families. The second floor consists of a bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The first floor offers a full bath, Queen bedroom, Double bedroom and a room with two bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, appliances and table settings for those times you choose to dine in. Extra bath towels, linens, basic toiletries and soaps, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, a Keurig coffee maker. With keurig cups available to start your first morning at Folly.
Cable tv and wi-fi internet is available. Outdoor propane gas grill is available.
You will also have a large parking space, accommodates up to 3 vehicles. Onsite parking is a plus, as parking downtown is limited and pricey. So relax and enjoy the casual lifestyle Folly is famous for, without ever moving your car!
This home is within walking distance to everything fun on Folly, Center Street - featuring lots of shops and restaurants. Historic Charleston is just a 20 minute drive with beautiful historic landmarks, world renowned shopping and restaurants!

House was fabulous! Beds were very comfortable! Host included many amenities including beach towels, toiletries and a stocked kitchen! Easy check in! Short walk to beach and a 20 min drive to Charleston!

This is a great property! Tammy was great! She was quick to respond to any questions or conerns. This space worked perfectly for our group and was conveniently located within walking distance to everything in Folly!

Check in was great. Location wonderful. Super Equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Towels were soft and white. Not far from beach. Beautifully decorated. Just a few suggestions - get ice maker repaired or provide ice trays. TV in each room. Check hot water heater on main floor. There was not enough hot water for everyone to take a shower.
