Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.
You'll find the comforts of home and make lasting vacation memories in this charming three bedroom, two and half bath beach house, located one block from Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.
There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated three bedroom, two and half bath cottage style home that is sure to fulfill all your vacation needs. On the first floor, this home has a living room comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath powder room, laundry and master king size bedroom with a full bath. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, each have high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and a full size Jack and Jill bathroom.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor hot and cold rain shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. This home is 1,600 Sq. Ft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

This house was very clean and cute with a great kitchen. Even the knives were sharp. The host was attentive. I would book it again for a family trip. Nice yard, two blocks from a beautiful beach.

The home was cozy aside from from the house guests that were already there ( spiders and roaches ). The Master bedroom toilet we notice the first day appeared to be backing up and we decided not to use that toilet. I Left a message about these issues and got no response. Realized we brought some roaches home with us when I found myself stripping in the median in the street because one was above my head in the car and dropped down on my back😡🥺another one in a family members luggage. As i statedI contact the hostess /management of property left a message and never heard back from her. It would've nice to have an exterminator and plumber come on that day and also respond to my messages considering the amount of money spent. Which brings me to the next topic. The house was cute but not worth the money. I stayed in newer, bigger and better for the same price range. There are a lot of house rules and guidelines ( washing a load before checkout, responsible for plumbing if it messes up during your stay). I'm on vacation and I don't want to worry about laundry and house repairs. Cleaning up behind myself is one thing and we did just that before leaving ,made a video just in case but, being responsible for plumbing and laundry is a bit much.
