About this space
This townhouse is a gem in Pittsburgh! Located on a quiet street in Greenfield, it is central to everything the city has to offer. Situated on top of a hill, the skyline can be seen from the deck, and it’s breathtaking with a sunset! Walkable to Squirrel hill, less than 10 minutes driving from downtown, Shadyside, Oakland.
The cohost has lived in Pittsburgh for 6 years and would be delighted to offer recommendations around the city. Meticulous cleaning standards are followed for your safety.
The space
The property is a bright and modern 2-stories townhouse.
There are 2 lovely bedrooms upstairs, furnished with a king and full size bed, new high-quality mattresses and beddings perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. Each bedroom has a large HD smart TV, closets, dressers and nightstands. All furniture is empty for guest's belongings. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows can be found in the closet.
One full bathroom upstairs with plenty of bath towels, hair dryer and bathroom scale. Forget a toiletry? Check out the basket of goodies in the kitchen!
The living room has a large flat screen smart TV and the beautiful blue velvet couch doubles as a sofa bed (futon). There is a half bath adjoining the living room.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. Stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper, oil and basic seasonings.
You will be able to self check-in with a unique pin code for the duration of your stay. The key will be valid starting at 3:00 pm on the check-in date and expires at 12:00 pm on the check-out date.
There is street parking next to the house, as well as parking in a gravel lot behind the house for one car. Guests may use either the back door from the parking spot or the front door.
The cohost will contact you the day before your arrival to provide check-in information, including pin code for both the front and back door, and WiFi password. Please refer to the house manual for more details about the property. The cohost can be contacted during the day for any requests or concerns, or at night for emergencies.
Please be advised that the stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep. While there is a handrail and gate at the top of stairs for guests’ safety, this property would not be a good fit for anyone with mobility issues.

The entire townhouse is available to guests, with access from the front door key pad. Lightly tap or press on the key pad until it lights up, then the pin code can be entered. The lock will retract and you may enter the house. The lock will automatically lock after 3 minutes but you can also do it manually.
Other things to note
There is a gate installed at the top of the stairs for guest's safety.
The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 at the front door. Please enter the correct number of guests staying with you in your reservation.

Its a wonderful place in a great neighborhood. There are a lot of local restaurants around. It's conveniently located close to the city and the various colleges in the area. The house was very clean, and it was set up for our comfort. The host was very good with communication. They reached out to make sure we were comfortable during our stay and to ask if we needed anything. I cant recommend this place enough.

I stayed at the Deely St. property with my spouse and 2 friends. We all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and some nice extra blankets. The towels were plush and lovely!The kitchen was great with everything we needed to feel at home for a short trip! There was a cute basket with things like toothbrushes and deodorant you might have forgotten and quick snacks. There was also water in the fridge for us. So many nice touches!!The stairs in and to the home are quite steep, so maybe not the best spot for folks who might have trouble with those.Everything was very tidy and clean.While street parking in front of the property was hard to come by, there was plenty on the side road just a few feet down. The gravel parking was a bit difficult to use with a large vehicle, but the street parking ended up being easier anyways.The location of the home is also fantastic. Just a few blocks to Giant Eagle (grocery store) and some cute shops and a short drive to Oakland, Squirrel Hill, & downtown. The owners were great to work with and very communicative. I would recommend this home for a great stay and would gladly stay here again!

Very convenient, clean townhouse in Greenfield. Nice to have the outdoor space. Comfortable beds. Perfect for our visit to nearby relatives and easy to get to attractions. Nice neighborhood. Would love to return.

We were in town for CMU Spring Carnival and the location was great, close to campus and my daughter's apartment in Squirrel Hill. Plenty of parking and it had everything we needed.
