Parkside Paradise Elegant Victorian Home Just Steps from the Park

This rental space is perfect for family traveling together, with comfortable features and lovely artistic touches throughout. The space is basic, as one would expect from a 100 year old home, but it also literally feels like you’re at home. The apartment is well provisioned, and included amenities like towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash, which are pretty standard. What stood out was that the kitchen had all the items that you need to prepare a full meal, and included basic spices, coffee, and sugar, so you can basically show up with some groceries and have a great weekend without any hassle. The communication for check in and check out had the hallmarks of a capably-designed AI chatbot and made the experience easy. I’m in Pittsburgh often and will be looking to stay again in the future.

The several of the towels appeared as though they could use replacing. Some had rust or other stains. The place was lovely but could use a deep cleaning.

到了那里用密码没法从正门进去，后来遇到一对夫妇从旁边的小道出来，她看我们想进门进不去就告诉我们有个侧面，可以试一下，试过之后知道需要从侧面进。这对夫妇也是定了这个地方的客人，但告诉我们没有空调，太热了，所以觉得离开，并祝我们好运。我们进入住了第一晚还好，第二晚没有热水但太晚了所以没有联系房东，第三天早上还是没有热水，所以决定提前一天退房，开始房东不同意，经我们争取没热水我们没法正常住店，后房东同意提前退房并退第三晚的房费给我们，说需要3-5个工作日。等了25天还没收到退款，我在booking.com的系统给房东留言，他问我是否打电话给客服，说他做不了任何事情。这样的服务让我特别失望和生气。这次的体验极其差。18/8我打了booking.com的客服电话，客服的服务还不错，说马上在系统给我退钱，一般要7-12天时间。希望我能收到退款。
