Location and accessibility. Street parking right out front! Very spacious. It was just my husband and I so we had more than expected or needed. The bed was nice and comfy, the air conditioning units in the rooms were fantastic…& the added ceiling fan. We were there when it was in the 100 degrees range 🥵. The house stayed nice and cool. Friendly hosts.

Felt like a home away from home. Definitely could use more information on the place like maybe some residence history, things like that, I'd like to know the homes back story.
Would of liked to see the vintage house more restored.
