This is a walk-up, third floor apartment. Please be comfortable with two flights of stairs. Carnegie of Homestead Music Hall is nearby.

One Bedroom with a Queen bed and a Double bed, smart TV, large closet, dressers and a vanity.
Second Bedroom with three Single beds, closet, desk, and window seat overlooking a historic city park.
Full eat-in-kitchen with stove, microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge and cooking essentials.

Unfettered access to attic / third floor.
Shared access to back and side yards.

Apartment is three blocks from the historic Carnegie Library and Music Hall which host concerts and events and has a gym with a pool open to the public for minimal cost.

"The property was clean, the communication with the manager was fast. It wasn't very sound proof and I could hear the tenants below pretty clearly but was an easy resting place after my conference. "
