We had a fantastic stay. Chris was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. Location provided easy access to downtown Pagosa and the Wolf Creek Ski area. The home was very thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. We also loved having the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay with Chris again.

This townhouse was perfectly located and we had so much fun enjoying all the amenities. Everything was truly top-notch—from the game room, pool table, and games, to the large TVs that were perfect for relaxing at night. The patio view was amazing, and we loved how close everything was—so easy to walk everywhere.The decor was adorable, and the themed rooms were such a fun touch. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. Communication with the owner was excellent—responsive, helpful, and seamless from start to finish.This stay ended up being one of the best trips we’ve had in a long time, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Property was great! Very clean and stocked with basics. The location was perfect...right on the river next to the trail and 10 min walk to town. Communication with the owner was excellent!
