About this house rental

Riverview is a riverfront retreat right on the San Juan. Quiet and quaint location close to town. Walk to the hot springs, local shops, galleries, theater, festivals, 4th of July fun and restaurants. Bike or stroll on the nature trail and hike Reservoir Hill. The covered river deck is inviting for entertaining, watching wildlife, barbecuing and relaxing.
Best views of San Juan. Tubing and fishing access.
Pagosa boasts a desirable four seasons.

This townhome was amazing! The kitchen was perfectly stocked if you choose to cook; mornings were so cozy and comfortable in front of the gas fireplace and the porch table overlooking the San Juan River was ideal for cards or games. Beth was an exceptionally responsive host, even letting us check in early. Everything was very clean snd inviting.
