Spacious place. Large kitchen. Comfy living room. Master bedroom and bathroom were large. Entry was through a key code for the garage, didn't have to keep track of a key. Great climate control. Fairly close to the hot springs. Detailed information from the management company related to directions, means of entry, etc. Condo was off the main strip, so it was quiet.
I have to admit....there were a lot of rules and expectations about the place while staying there and for check out, but were clearly communicated in the info provided by the management company. Some of these things were like stripping the beds, taking out all trash, thermostat was supposed to be set to a certain temperature, all dishes in the dishwasher and started, etc. My family and I aren't messy people so it wasn't a big burden but I noted on my prepaid bill that about half of the fee was for cleaning services......so it seemed a little odd we were asked to do so much when we were also paying a cleaning fee.

The three bedroom condominium was very comfortable and pleasant. It is a beautiful property that well suited our family. The location was close to town, but not within walking distance. There was ample space. During winter, we appreciated the ability to enter via a garage.
The condo is managed by the Evolve property management company from Denver, which provided little service other than taking our money. The driveway was covered with ice - a slip and fall lawsuit waiting to happen. The garage had much dirt and debris from a recent storm and had not been swept. The decks were piled high with snow and had not been shoveled. Ice, snow and dirt removal should be handled as a matter of course without the guest having to make a request. The bath towels smelled stale and were unpleasant to use. Television service was limited to Roku. Nevertheless, the interior of the condo was clean and very pleasant. The delightful property deserves better management services.

location was convenient for family
we FROZE the first night—unit would not get warm, bathroom was freezing , carpet was dirty & worn & was overpriced for convenience! It was unbelievable that we had to strip beds, do the dishes & take out the trash for what I paid for a cleaning service!
I will not use this company or book this property again!!!

Beautiful spacious condo, very clean, well stocked, easy access. Loved the amenities. We were comfortable and enjoyed walks in the neighborhood❤️❤️
