Property was beautiful. House was comfortable and clean. Location was great for everything. Amazing views. Enjoyed the porches. This is an annual trip for us and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

This place was excellent, fully stocked with just about anything needed. Communication, excellent. For the price & location on the river, you just can’t beat it. By far one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at. Well done!

Location is good, but property shows a lot of wear. All balconies and furniture were covered in thick dirt, furniture covers were tossed around the floor, folding chair dumped in the middle with an empty beer can. Obviously no attempt to wipe down or tidy up. Interior was clean, except for a few carpet areas. Some towels had holes. Air conditioner didn't work in one bedroom. This was not a major issue given it was spring, but should be repaired. Some faucets were not well secured and shifted when turned on/off. Floors were terribly squeaky. We could hear all of the movement from the apartment above and anyone in our downstairs bedrooms could hear every step from main level. It was kind of a joke after a day. Process for check in and comms with property manager were fine. Would not stay here again.
