This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in uptown Pagosa with excellent views and great access to all amenities just 5 minutes away.
The entry offers a mudroom for convenience and flows to a vaulted ceiling, open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living boasts plush sectional seating, a fireplace, enormous Smart TV with DVD features, and a DVD collection. The stainless steel kitchen features granite countertops and extensive pantry storage. The dining nook is sun-filled and peaceful.
The first bedroom suite offers a California king bed, Roku TV, Shower, and a walk-in closet. Down the hall on the right is a stackable washer and dryer. Further down to the right is another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master suite features another California king bed, Roku TV, deck access, and bathroom with large, newly remodeled shower.
Upstairs, on the middle floor is an entertainment loft with a poker table, flatscreen TV, and games. The first bedroom is a California king bed with a Roku TV, closet space, and a sink for convenience. The second bedroom has ample natural light, a California king bed, Roku TV, and elevated daybed, perfect for browsing a book. Between the two rooms is a full bath with double sinks, closet space and a walk-in shower.

Nice large condo for our family of 12 .. beside the bunk beds room, there was a trundle and a little loft room above that. It was a quiet location so we may have been the rowdy ones. I wish that we would have had a little more views in the evenings but we truly were always going somewhere. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and then 3rd floor bunk room is perfect for a large family. We came as a memorial trip for our parents. Pagosa Sp was our parent’s favorite place and spent all their summers there. Thank you for allowing us such a great landing place.

We were very happy with our stay here. VERY WELL equipped, and this house is huge.
Easy to find, and great location. VERY well stocked kitchen. The beds are all super comfortable, as well.
We would absolutely stay here again.
Note: If the internet dies, go up on the 2nd floor and re-boot the modem (unplug, wait, and then plug back in). This happened to us on our 3rd day, and after it still was not working (after 15-18 hours) we went and found the modem and re-booted it. Internet came up fine. This should probably be suggested at the house, in case it happens again to someone else.

Highs: The PS I Love You house is perfectly situated on the outskirts of town in a quiet neighborhood with a ton to do in the area for all ages. The house has more than enough space for 12 people, and is one of the best stocked rentals I have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, there was a high chair and pack-n-play for our little one, and lots of bathrooms so nobody ever had to wait. When an appliance broke, we notified the management company and they promptly brought over a new one. Lows: There were a few items about the stay that did not live up to our expectations. The listing says free WiFi, but it is WiFi in name only. A DSL connection, it was very spotty and rarely connected. When it did connect it was never functional and nothing would ever load, especially with 10 people in the house. Since the house has no central AC, the guidance is to sleep with the windows open, but none of the windows in the upstairs rooms have screens, so you’re either at the mercy of a hot room or mosquitoes. The upstairs room has it the worst, where it never got cooler than 80. While the management company isn’t responsible for adding central AC to the house, they should provide something more than a fan for the hot days. The dining room table is very small with only enough space for four people to sit and another four seats at the kitchen island, which seems odd for a house that sleeps 12. While we were there the HOA decided to paint the house and we were trapped inside for an hour.
