Whether you're a surfer, a whale-watcher, or attending Erik Sandgren's annual Oregon Coast PaintOut, this is the perfect place to find rest, relaxation, and a bit of inspiration.
This single-story home sits less than three-quarters of a mile inland of Governor Patterson Memorial State Recreation Site, where you can access the beach for days spent boogie boarding and collecting seashells. Within a mile of your front door, you'll find the Crestview Golf Club, a lovely network of woodland trails for morning walks, and shops and restaurants in downtown Waldport.
The home's surroundings are woodsy and natural, offering a deck where you can sip your morning coffee, soak up the sunshine in the afternoons, and breathe in the cool coastal breezes. It's a scene you can also enjoy in the glassed-in sunroom, a peaceful spot to read, play cards, or sit down to breakfast.
The rest of the interior is bright and open, offering a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a dining area and a breakfast bar, and a window-lined living room with a smart TV. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
