Great place. No real complaints. It would be nice if they blew off the deck and fixed the broken blind. Beach access is easy, but requires navigating a passage through the bush.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were excellent and helpful communicators. The beach access was well defined and easy to understand. The house was very clean and stocked with all we needed. This is a beautiful area. Yachats had a lovely walking trails next to the ocean. My husband has mobility issues so this trail was easier for him than the beach for walking. Good food everywhere, wonderfully friendly people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my daughter and sister. We really enjoyed the quiet surroundings with lots of birds chirping. The house was very comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen. Getting to the beach was a little challenging physically and wouldn’t recommend the trail if mobility is an issue.
