This modern, second-floor studio in San Sebastián de los Reyes is perfect for couples or small groups. The open-concept space includes a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. A private terrace offers a peaceful spot to relax outdoors. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating, and solar-heated hot water. Towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and a welcome cup of coffee are provided.
Located about 20 minutes from central Madrid by car or public transportation, this tranquil neighborhood offers easy access to the city’s main attractions, while nearby parks, cafés, and shops provide a relaxed local atmosphere. Ideal for balancing exploration of Madrid with a comfortable, quiet retreat.
Important: Losing the key to the common area will incur a €65 replacement fee.

June 12–29 and September 1–6:11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–9:00
June 30, July, and August: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
Lost pool cards will be charged at €40 per card.
The house must be cleaned before checkout; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pets after check-in: 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or no clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
