Located about 20 minutes from downtown Madrid by car or public transportation, this studio offers easy access to the city’s iconic landmarks, such as Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the excellent transportation connections and quiet surroundings make it an ideal base for exploring Madrid and its surroundings.
The accommodations are a studio on the second floor. It features a large, fenced-in terrace.
It is an open-plan studio where the kitchen, living room, and bedroom are all in the same room, with a slight separation between the spaces. The only room that is separate and has a door is the bathroom.
It has split-system air conditioning and heating. If you use the heating, you should not set the temperature higher than 22°C.
The legs of the sofa bed can be accessed by unzipping the back panel.
The bedding for the sofa bed is provided on the side, but it is not made up.
HOT WATER FROM SOLAR PANELS: It may take a little time to heat up.
Room layout:
- A room with a double bed.
- A small folding bed (ideal for children or smaller guests)
The accommodations are equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 cleaning kit
Free welcome coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper

It features a heated swimming pool and a community gym. The summer pool is available until the end of the summer season.
The outdoor swimming pool will remain open during the summer season. You must follow the rules. The hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pool measures 3.77 m by 14.75 m. The depth is 1.50 m at the shallowest point and 1.90 m at the deepest point.
As for the indoor pool, the dimensions are 25 x 6 meters. The depth is 1.50 m at the shallowest point and 1.90 m at the deepest point.
The temperature of the heated pool in winter is approximately 25°C.
The total area of the accommodations are 25 m².
Important: Losing the key to the common area will result in a €65 replacement fee.

Open from June 12 to September 6.
Hours:
June 12–29 and September 1–6:11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–9:00
June 30, July, and August: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
Lost pool cards will be charged at €40 per card.
The house must be cleaned before checkout; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or no clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
