This modern, stylish studio in San Sebastián de los Reyes offers a cozy, elegant retreat near Madrid. Its open-concept layout features a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living space, plus a private street-level terrace and garage access. Air conditioning, heating, solar-heated hot water, Wi-Fi, and essential amenities (towels, toiletries, cleaning kit, welcome coffee) ensure a comfortable stay. The double bed and sofa bed accommodate up to two guests.
Located in a quiet building and neighborhood, it’s just a 20-minute drive or public transit ride from central Madrid, offering easy access to the city’s main attractions while providing a peaceful environment. Ideal for both work and leisure, this studio strikes the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.
The total area of the accommodations are 25 m²
Important: Losing the key to the common area will incur a €65 replacement fee.

Open from June 12 to September 6.
Hours:
June 12–29 and September 1–6:11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–9:00
June 30, July, and August: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
Lost pool cards will be charged at €40 per card.
The house must be cleaned before checkout; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or no clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.

It was not in Madrid Center but close to the airport. The little town location is beautiful after a day in Madrid you want to come and relax and drink a sangria, Estrella beer or wine at the plaza. The metro is close to the apartment so no big deal. We love it!!!!
