The apartment was nice.

Perhaps the contractors had forgotten to install a filter in the shower drainage pipe in the bathroom, and if the apartment has a warranty, then perhaps the owner should request for this to be installed, free of charge, by the contractors, as this would surely eliminate the horrible smell of raw sewage, that was constantly present in the bathroom. This problem should have been sorted out prior to renting out the apartment. There wasn't any hot water in the kitchen, I didn't receive a response from the owner when I asked him when it would be fixed. Again perhaps the contractors had forgotten.............see above. A new brush head is probably required for the vacuum cleaner to stop it clogging up with dust during use, which the owner could perhaps source one relatively cheap from Ebay and install it himself. The settee is short, not very comfortable.
