About this house rental
Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers this charming 200 m² house in Argenteuil to rent for up to 10 people. It has a lovely 28 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 28 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds joined to form a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC
First floor
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the property.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Gare du val d'Argenteuil about 13 minutes away, Gare d'Argenteuil centre about 15 minutes on foot.
- Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport is about 37 minutes away by car.
