Quiet house in a pretty little village, with large spaces to relax, completed with a beautiful garden with 2 walnut trees and fully fenced. Ideal for getting together with family or friends.
*On the first floor: Fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining room for up to 10 people, toilet and laundry room (washing machine, dryer)
*Upstairs: a 1st bedroom with a large double bed (160x200cm), a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), A 5th bedroom with a large double bed (160x200), a 1st bathroom with shower and bath, a 2nd bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and on the landing a play area for children (table football).
*Outside, a large terrace with garden furniture and pergola, a large fully enclosed court with basketball hoop. In season, sun loungers are available as well as a barbecue.
Large garage available, parking for 4 cars in an enclosed courtyard.
Beds are made on arrival and towels are included during your stay (1 large towel per person). End-of-stay cleaning included.
Shops 5 minutes by car (Thoiry or Beynes), large shopping mall in Plaisir (15km).
