Our charming 90 m2 apartment with its spacious open-air terrace overlooking the quiet and green town of St-Gratien and a beautiful garden at the foot of the residence is located just a 2 minute walk from the famous lake of Enghien-Les-Bains - with its casino and the only spa resort in the Paris region, close to the famous forest of Montmorency and the Vexin.
Only 12 minutes walk from the H trains (direct to Paris in 17 min) and RER C (direct to the Eiffel Tower in 32 min).
Our apartment is on the 4th and last floor with elevator of a nice residence with shared garden close to all amenities, in a safe, quiet and very pleasant area. You will enjoy our beautiful 30 m2 open-air terrace with garden furniture and hammock and wide views of the surrounding green areas, the recent & comfortable furniture, the charm of our large walk-in shower and our 40 m2 living/dining/kitchen room with a real fireplace and all the equipment to cook and feel at home!
