Avalon 1406, a spacious, luxury three bedroom/three & a half bath condo with a Direct Gulf and beach view, is located on the 14th floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club. The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the balcony, living room, dining room and the master bedroom & master bath! The balcony overlooks the sugar white beach, Avalon pool, wading pool and hot tub! WIFI is accessible in the condo and throughout the grounds.
The living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper, a large TV and two chairs. The adjoining dining area seats 6 at the table and 3 at the kitchen counter bar. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet. The bedding arrangement is King, Queen, 2 twin beds and a sofa sleeper. The beds, sofa, kitchen and bath linens are provided along with adequate kitchen and bath amenities designed only for the guest's first night needs. You should bring what you might need for the duration of your stay. OWNER PROVIDES BABY ITEMS: A PACK N PLAY, A HIGH-CHAIR, AND A STROLLER! No need to rent or bring them.
Without any additional fees, you will have access the beautiful pool, hot tub, wading pool, and restrooms at the foot of the tower, plus access to the boardwalks, playground, basketball courts, charcoal grills and tram services. Additionally, you may patron the salon and fine dining restaurant and bar, with gulf view, at the clubhouse, and you may patron the sports bar & grill with an arcade, beach & apparel shop, coffee and ice cream shops near the entrance of the resort.
You may have access to The Clubhouse's private amenities with a daily fee of approximately $45.00 per day which covers your entire party, not per person. Upon arrival, you could request a tour of the Club's amenities and schedule of event during your stay and pay only for the days you choose, if any. The Clubhouse's private amenities include: Luxurious separate Ladies & Gentle-men's locker rooms with saunas, showers and a changing area, a fitness center with a gulf view, an indoor pool with a gulf view, a beach side pool with seasonal entertainment and a Tiki bar & Grill, a game room, children's activities, tennis courts.
Beach loungers with umbrellas, beach rental equipment, parasailing and other seasonal activities are available at the club, but is separate from the daily fee mentioned above.
Booking and arriving will be so easy! You can expect an email prior to your arrival stating everything you need to know while there and what to bring, plus a door code and no standing in line to check-in!

We love this location! The 14th floor is perfect viewing for the grandmas who don't venture down to the beach to sit and watch everyone and everything! We love being able to walk down to the beach without any hassle and play in the sand and water. I have stayed many places (some I had to walk over a road to get to the beach) over the years and this is my favorite. We only ventured out to eat 2x-our first morning we ate at Sunliner and our last night we ate at Lulu's! We loved them both, but our goal at the beach is to spend family time around the table. Highly recommend ghost crab hunting on the beach at night and sunsets from the balcony! The condo was comfortable and clean-there was plenty of room to spread out.

From the front door to the balcony this property was welcoming, well decorated, perfect for my wife’s birthday weekend getaway. She rested, ramped in the beach and made unforgettable memories with the kids & I. Perfectly spaced to have alone time & quality gatherings. Beds were comfy, individual bathrooms convenient, and bbq grill on the balcony a treat. Really appreciate that the unit was not under construction. All in good working order. Elevator vibrations a little disrupting for light sleepers. Fridge & washing machine works great! Definitely returning.

Was a good condo. I have stayed at many of them and all are similar. Beds comfortable. Cabinets and drawers full of stuff not organized. No space for groceries so had to move some things around . Don’t like groceries sitting out everywhere. Like things in order, however not a big issue. I would stay there again .
