Inside, you’ll find travertine floors, a cozy fireplace, stainless steel appliances, plantation shutters, and a classic Dutch door that lets in the ocean breeze. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and ceiling fans create an airy, sun-kissed vibe, while the spacious balcony deck is the perfect spot to unwind after a day by the ocean.
Please note: this home does have stairs. The beach house is located on the second floor above a retail space (an artist studio). The parking garage is just steps away and includes one assigned parking space, with additional overnight parking available on the street nearby.

Very lovely decorated. Modern and chic. Loved how close the place is to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It’s also very quiet and calm. Loved everything. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo this year, having previously stayed in April/May. Once again we had a wonderful time. The only negative was the annoying crows that did a number on the small outside balcony which made it unusable. Mgmt staff was very helpful when needed. Would recommend staying here again next year.
