About this house rental
Escape to an urban retreat in the center of everything. Our home is located within walking distances to Pedestrian Pearl St Mall, CU campus, and 29th St Mall. We include two bikes for you to cruise endless Boulder paths. Eldora Ski Resort is a half an hour away up Boulder Canyon. Holds Short Term Rental licence required by City of Boulder.
Live in style in a two-story end unit with lots of windows surrounded by mature trees. In nice weather, you can enjoy the private back patio for alfresco dining.
The first floor features 10 ft ceilings in the open concept living/dining and kitchen. Listen to vintage vinyl records by the fireplace. If you are not in the mood to explore endless restaurant options in the neighborhood, cook your own meal on a custom kitchen with top of the line Bosch appliances, including induction cooktop, and stocked with all cooking essentials and Nespresso coffee maker. Our dining room offers a view on Flagstaff Mountain.
Soaring cathedral ceilings in all UPSTAIRS rooms - two identical queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. Surround yourself with layers of comfort - enjoy deluxe beds dressed in iron pressed crisp white 100% cotton linens, as well as plush towels and robes.
Luxurious 5-piece bathroom appointed in Carrara marble is situated between the two bedrooms.
Our home would be perfect for two couples or a family with kids. It provides sleeping arrangements for up to 5 persons (not including infants) with two queens and a living room sofa that converts into a daybed.

Laundry room with high-efficiency washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience (washer detergent and fabric softener provided for your laundry needs, please leave house laundry for professionals).

NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW
Our home is situated in Whittier neighborhood - one of the most conveniently located neighborhoods in Boulder. Easy walk to the east end of the Pearl Street dining and entertainment corridor, which starts around 20th St and extends to 8th St. To the east is 5-10 minute walk to 29th St Mall, Dairy Center for Arts, McGuckins, Sprouts, REI, Trader Joe's. 10 min walk to the south is Boulder Creek and access to the endless Boulder bike paths system, across the creek is CU Folsom Stadium.
GETTING AROUND
Both Uber and Lyft are in Boulder.
We have two cruiser bikes - they are fun to ride on a path or go to the bar. If you need more than two - please use rent from the B-cycle network (closest station two blocks away), or go to a bike shop for full-day rents.
The main Boulder bus terminal downtown at 14th and Walnut is 8 blocks away; here you can catch a bus to the airport (DIA/Boulder Skyride route A/B). This is by far the fastest and cheapest way to get to and from the airport (~$10 one way).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Great for families. We have lots to keep you entertained: books, board games, entertainment center with vintage vinyl records, TV with cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Pandora.
If you are traveling with kids let us know so we can make your stay more enjoyable by adding pack-n-play, stroller, and age-appropriate kids toys.
Great for business travelers - high-speed wireless internet, work desk in one of the bedrooms.
Some traffic noise from an occasionally busy street. However, all street-facing windows have soundproof panes, so it is quiet inside.
Colorado is either muddy or dusty so we ask that you remove your shoes so we can maintain the beauty of the hardwood floors.

First off, excellent communication with the host! The house was presented to us in immaculate condition that felt welcoming and clean. During our stay, we were constantly admiring the level of detail throughout this house. Everything from the finishes, furniture, appliances, and decor. It was designed specifically for comfort, and has everything you could need. Perfectly located within central Boulder, just between the university and downtown. This is the perfect place for visitors of any family size.

Great location for the wedding we were attending. The unit has everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Parking was convenient. Overall a great place. I would stay here again.
