About this house rental
The Stonehaven is an iconic half stone 1923 mid-century modern home just a mile from Pearl Street. Windows & skylights galore provide a natural connection to nature & sunlight that CO is known for. The sunroom with 16 windows & shutters allow the sunlight to be dialed up or down as needed. Facing east it overlooks the fenced outdoor space with a towering evergreen, perfect for relaxing, grilling, & enjoying the outdoors. Don`t miss the view of the flatirons from the southwest facing windows.
To make this property affordable and reasonable for small groups there is an extra guest fee of $15 per person after 2 people.
A BBQ is provided at the house, however, please be aware that we do not refill propane. We will reimburse you if you need to fill the propane. If you will arrive late, local stores may be closed or if it`s a holiday may run out of propane so it is advised to bring your own propane tank. if you plan to use the BBQ on the day of arrival.
Age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome).
Parking is for 2 cars; there is EV charging capability with a NEMA-14 outlet - you will need to bring your own cable.
For 28+ night stays, please inquire first (not instant book); the following deposits apply:
- Refundable damage deposit is $100
- Refundable cleaning deposit is $350
- the cleaning fee is $290. The difference between this fee and the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.
Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review and accept.
For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.
