About this house rental

Enjoy the best location in Boulder! This adorable stone home is an easy walk to the famous Pearl St. Mall, CU Campus and miles of hiking at Chautauqua park. Modern, chef ready kitchen with a vintage diner vibe! Wonderfully large upstairs bedroom and nice downstairs bedroom, both with comfortable queen beds as well as a pull out sofa in the living room. AC units in both bedrooms and fans for summer months and central heating during the winter. Have your tea or coffee on the sunny front porch.

Very nice home in an excellent location. Stayed there for CU Boulder Graduation weekend. Well equipped and nice looking kitchen. Short walk to both campus and Pearl Street Mall. Excellent communication by the host with easy instructions. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Stayed here for a girls weekend and this space was perfect!! We had everything we needed, it was super clean and I personally loved that the kitchen was labeled! Enough space for everyone to be comfy and the pull out bed was surprisingly lovely. Super close to everything and we had a blast here!!!

Fun place but stay was marred by the poor cooling inside as a bridal party got ready. Needs additional AC unit downstairs. Host did not respond on the second day when asked about making it cooler. Recommend clearly stating the cooling challenges up front. Location was great for us.
