About this house rental
Can a simple stay really provide a transformational experience? Ours can.
In this fully equipped newly-built turnkey home, you get a 75" UHD smart TV, all the kitchen, bed and bath items you'd expect, and you're right on the bike path to Boulder's best places.
⛰ Washer and drier, humidity for the dry winter, a world-class kitchen - the list is long. You'll soon see that your stay here will be unrivaled - no VRBO or hotel even comes close. Limit of 4 unrelated guests.
Built in 2018, everything here is state of the art:
☕ Hyper modern fridge, stove, dishwasher, an in-sink separate drying rack, world-class kitchenware (like ceramic pans or Zwilling J.A. Henckels silverware) = the kitchen made fun again.
⛹ Washer & drier perfectly located in the bathroom = no hamper needed.
⛲ Whole-home humidifier = simply by being here, your skin stays healthy and happy in the dry Colorado winter.
☃ Have the thermostat automatically cool or heat the house at different times of the day = stay comfortable at all times.
♨ Induction stove with ceramic pans = cooking taken to the next level (please no cooking meat though).
♢ Architecture is so tight that we use a highly energy efficient air exchange system = you breathe the best air possible.
☯ A whole-home water filter, a secondary water filter and ice maker in the fridge, AND a restructured water unit (water passes through 80 crystals and minerals and gets recharged) = your body which is 60% water will feel vibrancy like never before.

♬ Will there be times when you'll just want to "Netflix and Chill" with your 75" ultra-high definition smart TV? Or just enjoy some tunes with your friends? We understand entertainment, but at this home you'll also experience a lot of silence for when you want that.
☝ All good and well, but what are the beds and pillows like? Glad you asked. The master bedroom features a tempurpedic firm Queen-size mattress, and your choice of tempurpedic pillows of different firmness levels, a pillow made of fluffy bamboo, and regular soft pillows. The guest bedroom does have an air mattress, but likely not one that you've seen before: it is an extra tall Queen-size air mattress that can be set to firm, medium or soft, and uses a silent secondary pump to ensure it stays at that exact firmness level throughout the night. The couch bed in the living room can also fit a couple nicely if needed.
Does it all sound too good to be real? It's real enough - this place is our temple, deliberately chosen in every way, and we've worked hard at making it the most rewarding place you could stay at.

This property has a wonderful kitchen and bathroom. All appliances are in good working order. Everything was very clean.There are a LOT of stairs as the townhome is three levels. That being said, there are high ceilings giving the place a very spacious feel.The bedrooms are average size. Would have liked nightstand lamps so that we could read before going to sleep. There is good storage in the closets. Wonderful full size washer & dryer.The living room has great space but the furniture (a foam sectional couch and beach chairs that sit on the floor) was very uncomfortable. The dining table and chairs were very nice. Beautiful artwork everywhere.The location is okay for walking into town. It’s actually right on the Goose Creek greenway path so it’s easy to walk to town or the grocery store. Unfortunately the view from the front is the high tension power station and the kitchen window looks out on some industrial buildings and all the air conditioning units on their roofs.But that was really the only downside to the property.

My wife and I stayed with one of our daughters as we were in town for our other daughter‘s grad school graduation from CU Boulder. The unit was immaculate, well stocked, and as advertised. Christian was easy to communicate with through text message which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
