Look no further if you’re searching for a great location (close to trails and shopping), well stocked house (just bring your toothbrush, hiking boots and bike) room for guests (cozy for 2 yet comfortable for 6), backyard living (bring the cornhole, invite friends for a barbecue) and receptive hosts (response time to a text-10 minutes tops). You’ll like everything about this house…we did!

As full time travelers, we’ve stayed in many accommodations over the years. We know a winner when we have one. This is one of those properties. The hosts have created a comfortable and well equipped oasis in Boulder. The location is walkable to hiking, shopping, and restaurants. We seldom used our car. As someone who likes to cook, I appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the shower strong and hot, and the decor tasteful. We also enjoyed the backyard and picnic area. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone coming to Boulder. We hope to return in the future.

This was a convenient and ideal place for us visiting grandparents to enjoy hosting our two elementary school age grandchildren. Just right for our needs.

The property was just great. Excellent location, fantastic hosts who were very supportive. The property is perfect for those who need something close to central Boulder but want an great neighborhood. We can't recommend the property enough!
