Our son is a student at CU so we stayed here for move in. This cute place is nestled in a perfect location close to a gorgeous park and yet conveniently close to everything Boulder. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfy bed and couch! Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We cooked dinner there twice! Second (1/2) bath was a plus! We would rent this again in a heartbeat - most likely will...Thank you!
