Villa Pintello dates back to the Renaissance period and overlook the hills of Chianti Fiorentino, in a magnificent, quiet and dominant position, just 10 km from the historic center of Florence.
The Property. Ground floor: 1 double bedroom on request.
Main floor: common area, dining room, 2 living rooms. 1st floor 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 single room with a shared bathroom, 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom, the other one with external bathroom).
The villa includes a 12 x 6 m. pool with sunbeds, bowling alley, gymnasium, billiards, table tennis, discotheque with cinema area (70 'LCD screen with Dolby surround facility), large private garden enclosed with small Consecrated church, games for children, cleaning service 4 hours a day for 5 days a week. Large panoramic rooftop terrace overlooking the main salon.
On 2018 all the bathrooms will be refitted.
The interior cellar, which can be visited on request and in the presence of the staff or the owner.
The villa is equipped with games for children; small and medium sized animals are accepted (on request), but valuable carpets and furniture in the villa will be removed.

Our group of eight adults had a marvelous time here. The villa is beautiful, uniquely decorated, with stunning views of the Tuscan hills from every window. It’s very private. We enjoyed meals together at the three long tables (two inside one outside) and used the pool every day. The bedrooms and main living area are air conditioned. Every day the place was cleaned; we felt well taken care of. We absolutely loved using this as our base to explore Tuscany. Two things bookers should be aware of that didn’t affect our stay but might be important to some: (1) the WiFi signal is good in the main living area but didn’t extend to the bedrooms (probably because of the thick old walls), and (2) this wouldn’t a good rental for someone with mobility issues as all the bedrooms are accessed using stairs

We were a family group of 8 adults. This villa is a beautiful property overlooking rolling hills and gardens. Early each morning we watched hot air balloons float in the distance. We enjoyed exploring the property. The villa and the pool were clean. It is advisable to rent a car while staying here otherwise you cannot get anywhere. I would highly recommend this property for a wonderful escape in the countryside.

What a fabulous property - online pictures don't capture just how beautiful the villa and the views are. Everything exceeded our imagination and expectations. Views of the Tuscan countryside in the morning or dinners on the patio made for an incredible experience for three couples. Excellent communication before and during our stay, immaculate and wonderfully appointed. Truly a dream villa.

This villa was the PERFECT choice for our families! All of the amenities were perfect for our 4 children and 4 adults vacation! The villa was clean, beautiful and the views were breathtaking!!
