About this villa rental
In the heart of Chiantishire, in Tuscany, a luxury villa dating the 1400s. For a vacation full of relax and comfort with private pool, sauna and staff included. Antique furniture, wine tasting at the villa (we produce very high quality wine and olive oil), staff present every day, except on Sundays, for cleaning, serving breakfast and cooking dinner (on request, extra). Treat yourself with the vacation you've always dreamt.
The house offers 4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bedroom with 2 twin beds (we can add a couple of foldable beds for children). We have air conditioning machines in all our bedrooms, WI FI Internet conncetion and service for breakfast all included in the price!

This Villa has the following positive aspects:1. Great communicative owner before and during stay.2. Huge Villa with lots of common areas if people want to spread out.3. Staff making breakfast and daily cleaning was excellent4. Villa chef making dinners (xtra cost but reasonable) was wonderful easy way to have dinner with food that was good.5. A/C in bedrooms worked very well6. Good water pressure in showers unless multiple showers at one time.7. Very comfortable furniture.8. Wine available to buy inside villa was convenient9. Villa winery tours weekly were very good10. Great outdoor grass terrace to watch sunsets11. Excellent unheated swimming pool12. Two washers and two dryers to use.13. Sauna that worked very wellNegatives:1. Very spotty wifi with areas in the Villa that got no reception. Sometimes fast other times slow or not working.2. Two staff members who worked hard and were very nice but could not speak english making communication difficult at times. 3. When outside on the terrace there was quite a bit of road noise. When inside Villa no noise. Summary: I would rent the Villa again as it had an outstanding location with lots of restaurants nearby including the town of Impruneta and only 30 minutes to Florence. Also public bus that goes into Florence. The Villa is the perfect combo of large size and comfort at a reasonable price.

This was a great property for our family of 14! We stayed here for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and location. We were an hour or less to so many great cities and towns ( Florence, Pisa, Sienna, Lucca, Montepuciano, Pienza to name a few).We were welcomed by our host (who lives on the property) with a reception and tour. There are exceptional staff that made us breakfast every day (except Sunday) and they kept the home immaculate. The house was cleaned daily. There are dinner options (includes food purchase, cooking, serving, and clean up) and we took advantage of this three times during our stay. We also enjoyed a winery tour and tasting at the property one evening. After a day of sightseeing, the pool and grounds (especially the pool) were enjoyed by all.We loved our stay at LaQuerce and our visit to Italy!

DIfficult to fault anything about the villa or our time here. It is about 30 minutes drive South of Florence and somewhat less to the tramline if you want to avoid driving into the city. It is also superbly placed for seeing the beautiful Tuscan countryside. There is also a smaller but well stocked supermarket in Impruneta and a larger supermarket about 20 minutes away and so provisioning your stay is easy.The villa was clean and the two people helping out with laundry and setting out breakfast etc were friendly and efficient. The pool was most welcome due to the high temperature and they kept up a constant supply of clean towels.When you stay there make sure you take the vineyard and olive orchard tour. Marco was a wonderful guide and we all learned a lot from him. Also have a meal cooked at the villa as Paola is a marvellous cook and it made for a wonderful evening.

This was a great place to stay with all my family. it is a beautiful and comfortable house with all the amenities that you could think of. The place is very well maintained and clean. It was very good to have people preparing breakfast, cleaning the place and making the rooms. We also had a chef that prepared an excellent dinner for us.Is it located in the heart of Tuscany 30 minutes from Florence and 1hour from Siena and St. Geminiano.The advice of the owner, Mrs. Domitila Marchi, was always helpful.If we have a chance to come back I won’t have any doubts to rent this place again.
